I am wondering when the ACC will win a BCS bowl game ... and trying to understand why once-mighty Florida State actually has lost 12 games in the last two seasons ... and, oh yes, trying to imagine what N.C. State might do to South Carolina's psyche if the Wolfpack wins in Columbia, S.C., on Aug. 28.
