Festival marks another fun 4th

Carrboro had all of that and more at its annual hometown Fourth of July, held at the Town Commons Friday. Throughout the morning and afternoon, country music filled the air as four different acts, including the Cane Creek Cloggers and the Bolin Creek Ham Boys, took turns on the main stage in front of Town Hall. While some spent the day enjoying the show on the shady lawn, others braved the lines at the kid-friendly booths.
