Immigration issue hits top students

In a sweeping advisory, the state attorney general's office said Wednesday that illegal immigrants should be barred from attending the state's public colleges. That would reverse the policy at the state's 58 community colleges and 16 four-year institutions, which now enroll undocumented immigrants.
