Marian Dail Wright
DURHAM — Mrs. Marian Dail Wright, 82, died Tuesday at her home. Mrs. Wright was born in Pitt County, the daughter of the late C.L. and Agnes Anderson Dail. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Wright; brother, Phil Dail; sisters, Betty Johnson and Marjorie Barnes; and a grandchild, Ryan Eason.
Marian was a member of Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Wright is survived by a daughter, Gatsy Eason (Mike); son, Stewart Dale Owens (Sally); brother, Clyde Dail (Beatrice); sister-in-law, Barbara Hines (Phil Dail); grandchildren, Tracey Bryant (Mark), Rhonda Padgett (Greg), Brad Eason (Abby) and Joy Eason (Graham Pruden); and great-grandchildren, Travis Priest, Bennie Allen Padgett, Connor Eason, Declan Eason, Eilis Eason and Finn Eason.
A memorial service will be held Saturday 2 p.m. at Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Katie Crowe officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Flowers are acceptable and donations may be made to Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church, 927 Trinity Ave. Durham NC 27701.

Ronnie Odom Webb
HILLSBOROUGH — Mr. Ronnie Odom Webb, 76, died Wednesday evening at his home. Mr. Webb was born in Guilford County and grew up in Charlotte, NC. He was the son of the late Odom and Helen Recton Webb. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by White Furniture Company, Craftique Furniture Company in Mebane and Orange High School. Mr. Webb was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Webb.
Mr. Webb is survived by his wife, Carolyn Webb; daughters, Teresa Saunders (Jeff) of Fayetteville, Kaye Hogan (Leon) of Creedmoor, Faye Wilson (Rodney) and Sharon Davis (Paul), of Hillsborough; sons, Ronnie Odom Webb, Jr. and Michael Ray Webb, both of Charlotte; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, 3 p.m., at Clements Funeral Chapel in Hillsborough with John Upton officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Clements Funeral Home in Hillsborough.

WILMINGTON — “Pa” to family and friends passed away peacefully at home in Wilmington on 8/8/2014. He was a retired truck driver and WWII Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Perry, a sister and 3 brothers. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Hockaday and husband Lester (who was also his devoted caregiver); a son, Tom Little and wife Peggy; 4 grandchildren, Scott and James Hockaday and their wives Christine and Nicole, and Rodney and Robert Little and their wives Jennifer and Toni; and 7 great-grandchildren. An informal memorial service will be held at his gravesite at Woodlawn Memorial Park on 8/16/2014 at 2 p.m. The family invite you to visit them at 3409 Summerlin Rd. in Durham Friday evening or anytime Saturday prior to the memorial service.
