NIE SPONSORSHIPS

Corporate & Indiviual Donations:
Donations from corporate sponsors and subscriber allow The Herald Sun Newpapers to offer classroom newspapers, curriculum material and workshops for CEU credits to public and private schools grades K-2. We try very hard to secure sponsors for teachers to offset the cost of their classroom newspapers.

Vacation Donations:
Our regular subscribers can help sponsor the Newspaper -In- Education program in the classroom by donating their papers to the program while on vacation or out of town for any reason. If you would like to donate your newspapers to the Newspaper-In-Education program contact our customer service department at (919) 419-6900.

How to become a sponsor?
If you are interested in supporting literacy by becoming an NIE sponsor, by either making a donation or sponsoring one our many educational programs or newspaper features, call Koko Saunders at 919 419-6761.
