Woman accused in box knife assault

DURHAM – Police arrested Elisa Webb, 23, of South Street on Saturday and charged her with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. Webb is accused of cutting another woman with a box knife, injury to real property and injury to personal property.

She was in the Durham County Jail on Saturday under bonds totaling $76,000.

In other news:

- Charles Darrell Ferrell, 43, of Benbow Road was arrested Friday and charged with felony larceny. He’s accused of stealing a diamond wedding ring worth $7,850.

Ferrell was in the Durham County Jail on Saturday under a $6,000 bond.

- Tolly Berkeley Drish III, 32, of Malik Drive was arrested Thursday and charged with assault by strangulation, assault on a female, felony breaking or entering and communicating threats. Drish was in the Durham County Jail on Saturday under a $30,000 bond.
