Mar. 06, 2014 @ 10:52 PM

Investigators on Thursday sought Brandon Rich and Kevin Morgan, both charged in connection with burglaries in the Duke Park neighborhood in January and February.

They’ve also charged two 15-year-old boys, who have been arrested, said Kammie Michael, Durham police spokeswoman.

Rich, 18, of Manteo Street and Morgan, 23, of Drew Street are accused of committing nine burglaries at homes on Knox Circle, East Seeman Street, Greenleaf Street, Hargrove Street, Clark Street, Northwood Circle and Glendale Avenue.

All the burglaries were committed during the day on weekdays, Durham police said. The thieves entered through a back door or window. They took electronics and jewelry. Some items have been recovered and District 2 investigators notified all the owners, Michael said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rich or Morgan is asked to call Investigator J. Walsh at 919-560-4582, ext. 29248, or CrimeStoppers at 919-683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers never have to identify themselves.
