Jury selection continues in Abaroa trial
Jury selection continued Wednesday in the trial of Raven Abaroa, who is charged with killing his wife, Janet, in 2005.
Jury selection began Monday, and by the end of the day Wednesday, prosecutors and defense attorneys had agreed on 12 jurors and had started to question two potential alternate jurors.
Abaroa is accused of stabbing his wife to death in their home on Ferrand Drive on April 26, 2005. He said he was playing soccer that evening and came home to find his wife dead in their home.
Abaroa was not arrested until Feb. 10, 2010. He was living in Idaho at the time of his arrest.
