Police still seek brother in Durham murder
DURHAM - Durham police continue to search for Arsenio Jarmal Lamberth, 23, in connection with the Feb. 26 shooting death of Kourtney Krista Dawson on Holloway Street.
Investigators say Dawson was struck by gunfire during a robbery near North Guthrie Avenue. Dominique Zavier Lamberth, 21, of Creedmoor was arrested and charged with murder and other felony offenses. His brother Arsenio so far has eluded police.
Once captured, he's expected to face charges of murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Arsenio Lamberth is asked to call Investigator J. Barr at (919) 560-4440, ext. 29325 or CrimeStoppers at (919) 683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers never have to identify themselves.
