Two teens shot in Durham

Two teens were shot in their lower extremities overnight.
The first shooting took place in the common area at the rear of building 23 on Wabash Street in McDougald Terrace.
Immediately after the shooting, several people were seen running from the scene.
The 18-year-old male victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police do not have a suspect at this time.
The second shooting took place near the 200 block of Cook Road. A 17-year-old male victime also sustained non-life threatening injuries. He was taken to the hospital by a family member.
Both incidents remain under investigation.
