Dain Phelan, owner of Dain’s Place, will be opening a chicken wing restaurant within the next two weeks.

Phelan said the restaurant, called Heavenly Buffaloes, will most likely open next week.

The 500 square feet location at 1807 W. Markham Ave. will serve chicken wings in 15 flavors, bottled beer, waffle fries and sweet potato waffle fries, and vegan “wings,” Phelan said.

He said the restaurant will serve delivery and carry-out and that it has a large parking lot.

The restaurant will also be tied to Dain’s Place in terms of special offerings and deals, he said.

Phelan is opening Heavenly Buffaloes with a business partner, Mark Dundas.

“He loves chicken wings about as much as I do,” Phelan said.
