Durham police say the owner of Tasty Haven had more on the menu than barbecue and pigs’ feet.

Shelby Andrew Wilson, 48, was arrested after a “long-term undercover operation,” according to police spokeswoman Kammie Michael. He faces heroin trafficking and weapon charges.

Investigators confiscated more than 117 grams of heroin and two firearms -- one of which had been reported stolen. Warrants were served at the restaurant at 518 East Trinity Avenue and two homes on Oxboro Circle and Birch Run Drive.

Police charged Wilson with trafficking heroin; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of a stolen firearm; maintaining a dwelling or business for the manufacture, sale or delivery of controlled substances; possession of heroin with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver; sale of heroin and delivery of heroin.

Wilson was held in the Durham County Jail under $5 million bond.
