Man faces assault charge
DURHAM – Jose Andres-Amador Gomez, 34, was arrested Sunday and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and driving while impaired. He was in the Durham County Jail Thursday under a $100,000 bond.
In other crime:
- Michael Levon Stallings, 34, of Weaver Street, was arrested Monday and charged with assault by strangulation. He was in the Durham County Jail Thursday under a $200,000 bond.
- Bernard Edward Bobbitt Jr., 24, of Ledgerock Way, was arrested Wednesday and charged with assault on a female and assault in the presence of a minor. He was released Jan. 3 from the Durham County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
