Butcher knife used in alleged assault
DURHAM – Donnie Earl Robbins, 51, of Junction Road, was arrested Christmas Eve and charged with assault with a deadly weapon – a butcher knife – with intent to kill and with communicating threats, according to a warrant at the Durham County Magistrate’s Office.
In other crime:
- Lesley Walker, 23, of East Oak Drive, was arrested Christmas Eve and charged with assault inflicting serious injury while a minor was present.
- Mark Edward Smith, 41, of Bivins Road, was arrested Christmas Eve and charged with assault with serious bodily injury.
