Bon Jovi is coming to Raleigh this spring, about two weeks after the group is inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Bon Jovi’s “This House Is Not For Sale” tour is scheduled to play Raleigh’s PNC Arena on April 24.
That will follow the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony on April 14 in Cleveland, where Bon Jovi, Moody Blues, Dire Straits, The Cars, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and North Carolina native Nina Simone will be inducted.
After VIP pre-sales, the public on-sale date for Bon Jovi’s Raleigh show will be Jan. 19, via Ticketmaster.

The Bon Jovi announcement is part of a continuing thaw from the 2016 concert freeze-out that resulted from the passage of North Carolina’s controversial “Bathroom Bill.” That triggered a wave of North Carolina boycotts and cancellations that hit PNC Arena particularly hard, with Maroon 5, Pearl Jam, Demi Lovato and Cirque du Soleil among those canceling shows.
But following last year’s compromise repeal of HB2, concert bookings are slowly picking up again across the state.
