Fellowship to host sustainable investing talk

DURHAM – The CEO of a Boston-based investment firm will speak on sustainable and responsible investing on Wednesday at the Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

Matthew W. Patsky, CEO of Trillium Asset Management, will present criteria that the firm uses to identify the environmental, social and governance factors that play an integral role in the investment process, along with options for individual investors. There will be an emphasis on how to divest from fossil fuels.

The talk will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The session is free and open to the public. It’s part of the fellowship’s “Earth Justice Series: Investing According to Your Values.” It will be held in the CARE building at the campus at 4907 Garrett Road.
