N.C. Central University dedicated its food pantry on Monday. The pantry is housed in the Dent Human Sciences Building on second floor. The concept for the pantry was developed by the campuswide NCCU Food Pantry Committee in response to some members of the NCCU community who are struggling to make ends meet, including having sufficient funds for food. The ribbon-cutting was part of the activities leading up to the installation of Chancellor Debra Saunders-White on Friday at 10 a.m.
