The Frank Gallery, a nonprofit artists’ collective showcasing local and regional fine artists, closed its seven-year storefront at 109 E. Franklin St. just before Christmas. The new gallery is now open in University Place mall – in the former Tyndall Galleries – and will hold a grand re-opening event on Friday, Feb. 9.
