John Brown, jazz artist and director of the Jazz Program at Duke University, is staying busy and keeping it upbeat. He has spent a truly pleasant winter watching his quintet album "Terms of Art" linger for four months on the JazzWeek chart, the list of the national reporting service for jazz radio airplay.
