-- Do you have a desire to help individuals and families with children with developmental disabilities? Be a part of the management team for Durham First In Families. They meet once a month.
-- Each Wednesday night from 5-9 p.m. help Kramden Institute clean and refurbish computers for needy children.
-- What to learn more about the Ronald McDonald House? Attend the First Friday Tour July 12 -- a change because of the July 4 holiday.
-- Housing for New Hope helps move a homeless family into an apartment every week. Help them physically move the furniture into the apartments.
-- Do you have a heart for seniors? Help with activities on the weekend at Carolina Pointe.
-- CenterFest is Sept. 21-22, but the Durham Arts Council is already recruiting volunteers. Help make this event a success!
-- Have fun with the seniors at the Durham Center for Senior Living. Assist with the Adult Day Health program with activities such as games, crafts, bingo, singing, spiritual discussions, relaxation in the garden and exercise.
