New hospital deal and its cost/benefits

DURHAM -- Duke University Health System's current lease of Durham Regional Hospital includes payments from Duke to Lincoln Community Health Center, the county ambulance serve and the county general fund. The terms for a lease extension announced Monday would alter the payments as follows:
