Mourning turns to celebration of slain businessman's life

DURHAM -- The cloudy, gray skies may have seemed fitting for the funeral service for Ronnie Sturdivant Saturday afternoon.

But just like the clouds cleared to reveal a sunny day, the mood inside Cole Mill Road Church of Christ transformed from mourning to a celebration of the life of the prominent Durham businessman found shot to death last month.
