Duke police investigate finding of hate symbol in North Pavilion

DURHAM -- Duke University police confirmed Friday that an employee found a small swastika drawn near the elevator on the third-floor of the North Pavilion, the facility that houses Duke Health's Ambulatory Surgery Center, Adult Bone Marrow Transplantation Outpatient Clinic and other medical offices.
