DHA's audit firm drops it as a client

Assurances that the Durham Housing Authority is slowly putting its Section 8 rental voucher program in order came after one of the accountants who've audited the authority's books the past three years said his firm is dropping DHA as a client -- in part because it doesn't want to chance getting in trouble itself if the authority fails to get things squared away.
