Elements to add wine bar: Chapel Hill's Asian fusion restaurant Elements is adding a wine bar next door.
Construction is expected to be completed at the end of the month, restaurant manager Van Chuong said in an email.
The wine bar will feature a 32-bottle wine dispensing system, a private dining room, and fine wines for retail sale. There will also be small plates available at the bar designed by chef and owner Michael Chuong.
"Elements offers great, affordable wines and wants to continue this concept in our wine bar," Van Chuong said.
The restaurant is in Chapel Hill’s East 54 development. The business’s owner was previously executive chef at the Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, and was co-owner and executive chef of An Cuisines in Cary.
