Orange checking voter registration
The Orange County Board of Elections is mailing No-Contact Voter Cards to registered voters who have made no contact since the last two federal general elections. The Board of Elections has identified a total of 14,584 voter registrants who have had no such contact.
The cards will help to identify people who have moved outside of the county and who may no longer be eligible to vote using their existing voter registration record.
To ensure an accurate and current voter registrations roll, it is vital that recipients of the Voter Card do not throw it away if someone else’s name appears on the card and that person does not reside at the address listed on the card. Simply write, “Not at this address” on the card and return it. No postage is necessary.
