Hillsborough’s Yum temporarily closes: Yum, the new crepe and gelato shop in Hillsborough, has closed temporarily.

The owners closed the shop June 7 to get their gelato case fixed. The owners were having issues with the temperature of the case, affecting the texture of the product.

They are working on replacing the equipment and are also looking to add to their menu. They plan to re-open at the end of June.

In addition to Yum, Mick and Kate Carroll also own Radius Pizzeria & Pub in Hillsborough. For information on Radius, go to the website www.radiuspizzeria.net. The Yum website is still under construction at www.yumdesserts.net.
