Apr. 29, 2014 @ 11:10 AM

New Peruvian food restaurant: It looks like a new restaurant serving Peruvian food called Mi Peru is opening at 4015 University Drive in the space that had housed a string of eateries including Fresno Café and Bear Rock Café. There’s a sign in front of the restaurant announcing the new business.

The location also previously housed Rick’s Diner & Catering Co., which is now on Shannon Road and is called the Hope Valley Diner & Catering Co.

Attempts to reach Mi Peru’s owner for comment were not successful by deadline Tuesday.
