More on Gregoria’s: Gregoria’s Cuban Steakhouse, the restaurant that closed last year due to a fire at its former location on Chapel Hill Road, re-opened on Monday for dinner at a new location at 2701 Hillsborough Road.
The date has also been set for when the restaurant will open for brunch: Feb. 2 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Gregoria’s serves Cuban cuisine with an emphasis on steaks, chops and seafood, as well as vegetarian and vegan specialties.
“We’ll have traditional Cuban appetizers, salads, side dishes and our signature mojitos,” Fares Hanna said in a news release. “We also want the restaurant to be popular with families, so our children’s menu has a couple of Latin dishes, along with burgers and mac and cheese.”
The new location, which was most recently The Forum events venue, offers dining for 150 guests, a private room for meetings and small parties, a bar, and an outside patio.
