IMI Association names executive director
MORRISVILLE – IMI Association Executives, a Morrisville-based association management company, has hired Dick Padlo for its executive director position.
In his new role, Padlo will focus on one of IMI’s largest clients, the International Lactation Consultants Association.
“As an experienced nonprofit executive director, business leader, and management consultant, we are confident Dick will do an outstanding job facilitating the changes needed to elevate the International Lactation Consultant Association and the cause of breastfeeding and lactation,” said Linda Owens, vice president of IMI Association Executives Inc.
As executive director, he is responsible for addressing the strategic and day-to-day functions of ILCA. The responsibilities include direct interaction with employees and volunteers of the association, and working with the board to ensure the association is functioning according to its mission statement and strategic plan. 
Prior to joining IMI Association Executives, Padlo was vice president of principal gifts at the United Way of the Greater Triangle.
IMI Association Executives, which dates to 1986, offers administrative, meeting and event planning services.
