An autopsy report released Friday by the N.C. Medical Examiner's Office shows that Jesus Huerta, the 17-year-old who died in the back seat of a Durham Police Department patrol car in November, was shot close-range through the mouth at an angle that sent the bullet up through his head and out the rear left scalp. The shot apparently fired  through the right front of the jacket that Huerta wore. A toxicology report issued by the medical examiner showed nothing out of the ordinary.
