Weather warning prompts school delays

Orange County Schools and Durham Public Schools officials announced that their schools are operating on a three-hour delay Friday morning due to the forecast of freezing rain and other inclement winter weather conditions overnight. Still awaiting word on schedule changes, if any, for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools.
